With my clients, a regime includes dietary modification: making sure food allergens are eliminated, decreasing the amount of processed food, and ensuring optimal absorption of nutrients.  It also includes using herbs to increase and tonify digestive function.  Stress is another factor that is addressed. 		<description>That is wild! I had no idea about the benefits for IBS, stomach upset etc! I would love to hear your thoughts about probiotics - I take my daily Vidazorb and I just love them. I have read so many awesome articles on the links being made beteen probiotics and wellness in so many areas.</description>
